Many times we see people getting depressed, sentimental, emotional, dejected, demoralized, dispirited, discouraged, frustrated, weaken. Especially when in relationships. Sometimes people purposely hurt others by giving negative treatments, just to prove their superiority, to prove their stronger will powers, to prove others dependency on them, to control others by emotional depress. Some of them enjoy by making fun, by laughing at others after giving them treatment of emotional torture. Usually people with higher emotional levels and sentiments are targeted victims of these circumstances. Sometimes people enforce negative emotions purposely in order to test others mental strengths. To find the other persons intentions and consistency to stick to principles. To test others controlling capacities.
Meditation provides best remedy in such situations. When the need is to control ones emotions. When the need is to stick to ones principals. When avoiding unnecessary negative attitudes like frustration, anger and depressions. A person who can control his emotional mind can be much stable, healthy and positive in these situations. Liberation from desires, dismissal of possessive greed. Respectable value for others happiness, decision and freedom are the key ingredients to resolve negativity, and to attain positivity.
It is absolutely wrong to hurt others feelings knowingly and purposely. Especially when someone realizes their critical importance and takes an undue advantage by impeding negative rejecting decisions. More than hurting the innocent, this person is unknowingly disturbing their own goodwill and credibility. Rejecting an opportunity to demonstrate creative attitude. Such kind of persons are self destructive.
