God is not from high or low cast. People worship them not for their cast but for their deeds and goodness made to societies and mankind. Goodness is not something related to cast. It’s got to do with attitude.
God is a concept of constructive optimism. There are hundreds of religions and thousands of Gods on this planet, created by human intelligence. All different stories. Religion is just the outer skin, where as spiritual peace is the inner core of every religion. The ultimate aim and purpose of every religion is to achieve this inner peace, to heal and serve the humanity and mankind.
Mahatma Gandhi was a good leader and a good manager. he fought all his life for non-violence and peace. He was a Hindu and comes from a very religious family background. But understanding Krishna is very difficult for the common man, it is very difficult to understand why Sri Krishna advised Arjuna to Kill by using wepons. Mahatma Ghandi ji even after being a hindu, he always said "Hay Ram", and was a great admirer of Bhagawat Gita(Krishna) and he also accepted ahimsa (non-violence) at the same time, always chose the path of non-violence, He never said one musk kill anyone to attain a humble objective, as Krishna advised Arjuna. Everyone needs to think like Gandhi, and Bhuddha, and like Anna-Hajare, like Sri-Ravishankar, to follow the path of non-violence and compassion. One must convert bad to good constructively, without any violence and blood shed. Hinduism has many Gods and many rituals also, History proves that mankind has evolved since generations, according to Davin's theory of evolution, according to science, God is a concept of optimism, One must not be destructive. Religions were invented by human beings. King Mahavira Buddha was born in a very rich family. Being a King is a great power. To command the Army. But he believed in non-violence and peace. To heal and empower humanity through spiritualism.

Humans have Intelligence to improve themselves.
Intelligence can either be Constructive or Destructive.
Humans have been constantly evolved using Constructive Intelligence.
Humans might have not developed towards betterment, if they were destructive.

It is important to bring change with PEACE, Brotherhood and Compassion.
Bringing Change without using Anger, Fear and Hatred.

Every thing is inter-connected by intelligence. Intelligence is nature’s creation. Every thing in nature communicates using vibrations. Intelligence can either be constructive or destructive. Thus to protect nature, god is a concept of constructive optimism, which is binding the nature. Thus the concept of god has been related to constructive concepts, such as love, compassion, brotherhood, etc to enhance peace and prosperity. To generate the positive vibrations in human mind, thus to influence any other living or non-living natures creation. Any kind of destructive concept, such as anger, hatred, frustrations, etc can eventually propagate negative vibrations.
One shouldn’t bite the hands that feed him. Religion is a matter of lifestyle, which culture you wish to adopt and which way you choose to communicate with the divine - all paths lead to one finally. So religion does not matter, neither does conversion. Its all a matter of comfort - however it is true that people are more comfortable with the religion which they are exposed to from childhood, which is followed by their family. There is no perfect religion yet and there can never be one. Only we humans can take the first step to making ourselves better people irrespective of religion, caste and creed.
It's said that there is a "universal consciousness" and a "universal power" which created every living and non living creation. Every atom is linked with a bondage with its creation. It says that this power not only controls what we humans can think but also those things which are beyond our control of imagination. It says that all humans are created equal by the almighty mother nature.
God is a concept of optimisms. When we can believe that Devil exists, why can’t we believe that God too exists? That’s right, we believe in what we see. Strong unshakable belief in God of goodness is the key to success. When we can believe that bad exist, why cant we believe that good too exists. We have to spread the goodness till the "Critical Mass" for reaction to happen, until good exceeds the majority, until good controls bad, until good is in power. We know that both are powerful, good as well as bad. Which ever we feed will win. We have to feed the good, to victory. Here is a small "Story of grandpa" to explain what's the "Logic of good and bad".
Assume God as a concept of optimism.
It is quite often observed that we learn by trial and errors. Merely by experimenting, by observing facts and results. Have we ever wondered why is it that we feel happiness and joy during celebrations, festivals or any other joyous occasions? Is it because our human brains do have the amazing enormous capacity to detect these surrounding vibrations. We must recollect that “Telepathy” is a proven science established by well-known scientific procedures.
Let us assume, for example we have 90% of our surrounding population to be engaged in a merry mood, enjoying a joyous occasion. It is quite a fact that one can feel the vibrations of happiness around themselves. We can very much feel the phenomenon. Few observations also reveal that one can experience great joy, happiness and satisfaction by meditation, which is very similar to that of having an ecstasy. Happiness is a state of mind, its vibrations.
Let us consider this below example, a short story of “
Critical Mass Experiment”:
A scientist who studied monkeys on an island in Indonesia was able to teach a certain one to wash bananas' before eating them.
Cleansed of sand and dirt, the food was more flavorful. The scientist - who did this only because he was studying the learning capacity of monkeys - did not imagine what would eventually happen. So he was surprised to see that the other monkeys on the island began to imitate the first one. And then, one day, when a certain number of monkeys had learned to wash their bananas, the monkeys on all of the other islands in the archipelago began to do the same thing. What was most surprising, though, was that the other monkeys learned to do so without having had any contact with the island where the experiment had been conducted. There are several similar scientific studies.
The most common explanation is that when a certain number of people evolve, the entire human race begins to evolve. We don't know how many people are needed - but we know that's how it works. In your chemistry class, this number is called a "critical mass." You know what that is. It is the minimum amount of the materials you must have in order for a chemical change to take place. As long as you have less than the critical mass of material, nothing happens. As soon as you have the critical mass or more of the material, all of it changes. It works in the chemistry lab. We all know that. What is the critical mass of humanity that it will take for all of the human race to evolve to its next level? No one yet knows the answer to that question, its probably 51%. We all know there is a new age coming. We all know that we will need new leaders to help us get there, and to teach us how to live once we do. Those of us who are your parents' age or older also know that when these new leaders emerge, they will be younger than we are. Our spirits are hungry for them now. One person can, and does, and will make a difference. Perhaps, it's you.
It’s the minimum amount of material required for the reaction to happen. We need to add the goodness until and unless the bad gets converted to good, or the percentage of goodness is more than that of bad. We have to respect and appreciate the good till the reaction takes place. Good quality people with good moral values and character are to be embraced for this reaction to happen. We need to add goodness to the societies, so much of goodness that the bad is converted to good. This can be only done with love, care, forgiveness, compassion and gratitude. Being constructive and not destructive is the key to this issue. Probably this is how prayers work.
Let us assume that the good happiness as God, and bad frustrations as Devil.
Let us consider this short story of Grandpa,
A Terrible Fight Between Two Wolves:
An old grandpa was teaching his grandchildren about life. He said to them, "A battle is raging inside me, it is a terrible fight between two wolves.
One wolf represents fear, anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority and ego.
The other stands for joy, peace, love, hope, sharing, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, friendship, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith." The old man fixed the children with a firm stare. "This same fight is going on inside you, and inside every other person, too."
They thought about it for a minute and then one child asked his grandfather, "Which wolf will win?".
The old grandpa replied: "The one you feed."
Moral: Think before feeding. Feed the good ones to achieve good purpose in life. Face is the reflection of mind. What we sow is what we reap. Ego of superiority is the destruction of individuality.
What can happen when the above stories are connected to conclude at a joint analysis? That is when 90% or higher percentage of people, (or may be fewer people with stronger powerful vibrations) experiencing joy, optimism, hope, faith, love, etc. It is quite obvious that the concept of optimism, so called as God will manifest around us to create a “feel good” kind of a atmosphere. We can experience this on many occasions like festivals and celebrations, etc.
Now it is quite obvious, what would have happened when the higher percentages (or stronger vibrations) were of negativity, fear, terror, anger, hatred, etc. Certainly the concept of destructive Devil will manifest around us. We can experience this on many occasions like war times, strike and rivals, etc.
Without any complications and confusions let’s assume that God is a concept of optimism, hope, faith, etc. Which is created by human beings. Let us also assume that religion is a life style again created by humans to lead a healthy, clean, happy and satisfying life, to achieve an humble objective of life. Let us assume that many different folks, from different geographical regions, invented different religions, in turn inventing different stories of Gods. These stories were eventually called as great scriptures of different religions.

Gandhi or Lord
Buddha would have advised Arjuna, if they were in the place of Lord Krishna. The qualities of Lord Krishna to rob butter and to rob clothes of bathing females. Lord Krishna having several wives apart from being a Hindu. Maha Swami Parashuram, Jamadagni, Vishvamitra, etc using their immense power of intelligence from conducting severe penances to destroy nature’s creation, destructively while in anger. Can we imagine the Holy Koran advising its followers to create bloodshed with destructive anger. Do we realize that the technique of meditation is all about generating peace and love within the conscious soul to heal and cure oneself? Do we realize that we must avoid anger, hatred and frustrations?
